Lobster Clambake Catering - Sample Menus
Please RSVP for non-lobster meals. Choice of chicken, steak or vegetarian.Hors d'oeuvre Platters & Desserts are also available. More info: Hot menu items are cooked fresh at your location.Lobsters are a little above average in size at about 1.33 lbs each. Clambake Catering includes appropriate equipment and staffing for on-site cooking and buffet-line set up & clean up, general catering service, etc. Additional service staffing for dining room, china service, passed hors d'oeuvre or bar tending service are also available. We do bring lobster-claw crackers, lobster picks, bibs and moist towelettes. We CAN bring disposable lobster-size plates, napkins and eating utensils for a modest charge. We can also refer vendors for china rentals, nearby event locations, etc. Custom menus are available. Just ask. We offer hot and cold hors d'oeuvres, a variety of custom side dishes and desserts as well. * Pricing is based on 100 guests. Smaller parties welcome. Per-person pricing may vary. |
