Lobsters are a little above average in size at about 1.33 pounds each.

Clambake Catering includes appropriate equipment for on-site cooking and buffet service, general catering service, etc.

Staffing and service fees, sales tax, etc will also apply.

We will bring lobster-claw crackers, lobster picks, bibs, and moist towelettes.

We CAN bring disposable lobster-size plates, napkins, and eating utensils for a modest charge.

We can also refer vendors for china rentals, nearby event locations, etc.

Custom menus are available. Just ask.
We offer hot and cold hors d'oeuvres, a variety of custom side dishes, and desserts as well.
